Our approach is strengths-based, person-centred, and designed to empower participants while supporting families and teams to create safe, positive environments.
Psychological Assessment
At Mind Matters Therapy, we offer comprehensive psychological assessments to gain a deeper understanding of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. These assessments help us identify areas of strength, as well as challenges that may be impacting your daily life. Our services include:
Cognitive and learning assessments
Emotional and behavioural evaluations
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessments
ADHD and other developmental evaluations
A thorough assessment is often the first step toward an accurate diagnosis, which is essential for effective treatment planning. Once a diagnosis is made, we collaborate with you to create a personalised treatment plan that aligns with your goals and needs, ensuring you feel supported throughout your mental health journey.
